On August 25, Phu Lien ward made payments to 17 households with residential land, with a total amount of more than 12.282 billion VND.
Also according to Phu Lien Ward People's Committee, to date, out of a total of 169 households with residential land subject to recovery to implement the Project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 (which has been approved for compensation and support plan), the ward has completed payments to 134 households, with a total cost of more than 206.5 billion VND.
The project to build a road connecting National Highway 5 - National Highway 10 is one of the key projects of the city; it is of great significance in completing the transport infrastructure network, strengthening regional connectivity, and creating motivation for socio-economic development.
In Phu Lien ward, the total area of land recovered for project implementation is 28.25 ha, related to 949 households and 519 graves. Site clearance work is focused on synchronously and drastically implemented by Phu Lien ward, in which high concentration is placed on propaganda and mobilization for households whose land is recovered.
The payment is carried out according to the approved plan and people agree, ensuring the right subjects, in accordance with regulations. The ward continues to propagate, mobilize, create consensus among people, contributing to accelerating the progress of site clearance for project implementation.
