The auctioned land area has 47 land plots with a total area of 4,515.66 m2 with the purpose of using residential land for housing construction, and land is allocated through land use rights auctions according to the provisions of law. The winning bidder is allowed to use the land stably and long-term.
The adjacent plots have a main area of about 90 m2, while 12 villa plots have an area of 162.17 - 201.96 m2. The starting price for each plot ranges from 18 million VND to 20.394 million VND/m2.
The auction attracted a large number of households, individuals and organizations meeting the conditions according to the provisions of land law and property auctions. As a result, Kien An ward successfully auctioned 47 adjacent land plots and villas with a total amount of 106,492,190,940 VND, higher than the total starting price of the plots by 22,058,904,000 VND. In which, the lowest price participating in the auction was 18,200,000 VND; the highest price participating in the auction was 31,200,000 VND.
The auction organization work is carried out publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law, ensuring security and order and the rights of organizations and individuals participating in the auction. Successful land auctions contribute to effectively exploiting land funds in the area, creating revenue for the local budget, and promoting socio-economic development in the ward.
