However, the investor proposed that the competent authorities and Da Nang City People's Committee allow the existence of apartments on the 4th floor, 41st floor and 42nd floor with a total of 78 apartments. The investor commits to seriously pay back the amount of interest and other expenses (if any) due to the increase in the number of apartments according to State regulations.
The investor is continuing to review documents related to the proposed plan to self-implement remedial measures to send to the authorities for consideration and comments.
The Department of Construction of Da Nang City said that this is a level 1 project that has been appraised and put into use by the Ministry of Construction. The apartment block at the project was built with the wrong license content. The authorities try to focus on thoroughly handling violations. It is expected that by the end of August 2024, the investor must complete the remaining parts to report on the progress and commitment of the investor to this Muong Thanh project. This is a very long and very difficult project. The Department of Construction is also coordinating with the investor and Ngu Hanh Son district in consultation with the Ministry of Construction to try to focus on completely resolving the existing problems.
