This is to determine land prices to serve compensation and site clearance for the Dong An Tay Urban Area project (Phu An ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
The land valuation time is June 2026, the valuation is based on market prices, specific land locations, calculation, information collection and application of comparative methods to determine land prices.
It is known that currently valuation units are conducting surveys and assessments of land types and roads for valuation. The valuation land area is located on DH 609 road (asphalt road, concrete road) and branch roads (concrete road, dirt road, gravel road). The valuation land types include: perennial crop land; annual crop land, rice land, aquaculture land; residential land in urban areas.
Currently, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Phu An ward is carrying out legal steps to determine specific land prices to serve compensation and site clearance according to regulations.
It is known that the Dong An Tay Urban Area project has a scale of more than 288 hectares, most of the project area is located in Phu An ward, and a smaller part is in Tay Nam ward. The project has a total estimated investment of about 13,560 billion VND, with a population scale of about 14,300 people.
This new urban area is expected to build adjacent houses, villas, adjacent resettlement houses, and adjacent social housing (for sale or rent). In addition, the project also builds commercial, service, and educational facilities.
