Vice Chairman of Chuong My Ward People's Committee Nguyen Phung Hung has just signed and issued a notice requesting people to collect trees, crops, and assets on land plot No. 405, map sheet No. 1 in Ao Mo field, Long Chau Mieu residential group, Chuong My ward, Hanoi City.
According to Chuong My Ward People's Committee, through comparison of agricultural land maps and current status inspection results at the site of plot No. 405, map sheet No. 1 in Ao Mo field, Long Chau Mieu residential group, on February 11, 2026, there are trees and crops on the land (planting bananas and some other mixed-crop trees).
Chuong My Ward People's Committee notifies households and individuals who are cultivating on the above-mentioned land plot to collect all trees and crops on the land and return the land surface managed by the Ward People's Committee (the remaining consolidated land has not been used and has not been handed over to anyone).
If no household or individual informs the Long Chau Mieu residential group or the Ward People's Committee to declare crops and plants, the Ward People's Committee will collect them for management according to regulations and is not responsible for compensation.
The Ward People's Committee requests the General Service Center to broadcast on the broadcasting system of the ward and Long Chau Mieu residential group; information on the loudspeakers of the residential group and related households and individuals to seriously comply with the content of the above notice.
