The main content focuses on evaluating the dossiers, financial conditions, facilities and personnel of football clubs before the new season.

The list includes Becamex Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Police, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Hanoi FC, Hong Linh Ha Tinh, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, PVF-CAND, Song Lam Nghe An, SHB Da Nang and The Cong Viettel.
