Can Tho City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2312/QD-UBND on approving the budget for purchasing assets and equipment for units under the Department of Education and Training in 2024 (minimum equipment, specialized equipment, shared equipment).
Accordingly, the Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee decided to approve the budget for purchasing assets and equipment for units under the Department of Education and Training in 2024 with a total budget of more than 29.8 billion VND; implemented by the Department of Education and Training in 2024.
Of which, the cost of purchasing assets and equipment is more than 29.6 billion VND; the cost of preparing bidding documents and appraising bidding documents is 60 million VND; the cost of price appraisal is more than 71 million VND.
The centralized purchasing list includes 1,130 complete desktop computers, 10 laptop computers, 92 air conditioners, 15 printers, 2,130 student desks, 4,348 student chairs used in regular classrooms...
The proposed list of centralized purchases includes 6 photocopiers, 40 display screens, 1 printer, 10 scanners, 8 desks, 1 auditorium sound system, 1 auditorium LED screen set, and 27 iron shelves.
According to the list, there are 29 units within the scope of procurement; including 23 high schools, 3 middle and high schools, 1 School for Children with Disabilities, 1 Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and the Office of the Department of Education and Training.
Based on the approved budget, the Department of Education and Training is responsible for developing a contractor selection plan and submitting it for approval in accordance with regulations.
