On May 30, Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that he had organized the presentation of 203 gifts to union members and workers working at Ham Kiem Industrial Park on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
Among the total gifts given, there are 95 gifts for union members in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses. In addition, 108 gifts were supported for union members affected by the 3rd flood in 2025.

Each gift is worth 500,000 VND in cash. The funding to support union members in difficult circumstances is deducted from the source of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation. For cases affected by floods, funding is supported from the Golden Heart Charity Fund.
Leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation and Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union directly went to the production workshops of many businesses in Ham Kiem Industrial Park to hand over gifts and visit and encourage workers.

Many workers were surprised to receive gifts right at their workplace. This method helps workers not have to move to a gathering point, while ensuring that the production activities of the enterprise take place normally.
Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the program aims to promptly encourage and share with union members who are facing difficulties in life, especially those suffering from serious illnesses or affected by natural disasters.
According to Mr. Duong, giving gifts right at the production workshop helps workers conveniently access support sources, contributes to stabilizing their lives, reducing immediate pressure and continuing to feel secure in working and production.

Through practical care activities during Workers' Month, trade union organizations in Lam Dong continue to affirm their role in accompanying workers.
These gifts, although not large, are meaningful and timely, helping union members have more motivation to work and stick with businesses. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations and promoting the development of the locality.
