At Biel Crystal Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh province), the company started working again after Tet from February 20, 2026. The total number of workers of the company is 5,200 people (including 5,000 Vietnamese workers, 200 foreign workers). The number of workers returning to work after Tet (as of February 23, 2026) is 4,680 people (reaching a rate of 90%). The number of workers who have not returned to work is 520 people, the reason is that these are cases from far away home, traveling is still difficult.
On the occasion of the recent Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, businesses and trade union organizations implemented many activities to care for the lives of union members and workers. The average Tet bonus reached 5.6 million VND/person. The Provincial Labor Federation and the Company's Trade Union coordinated to give gifts to 115 union members in difficult circumstances; supported 250 bus tickets for workers far from home more than 150 km to reunite with their families during Tet.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Sim (worker of Ha Bac Garment Export Joint Stock Company, Bac Ninh province) said that the company returned to work on February 23rd. "I see that workers have returned to work very fully, only in some cases due to missing their cars or being stuck in traffic, they have not been able to get out in time," Ms. Nguyen Thi Sim said.
Ms. Sim took Tet holiday from February 15. She spent nearly 1 week of Tet holiday with her family in her hometown of Thanh Hoa. On February 22, her family returned to Bac Ninh by passenger car. Returning to work, she and other workers were given lucky money of 250,000 VND/person by the company's leaders. "Being given lucky money at the beginning of the year, I am very happy. Besides, the income at the company is stable, the working environment is suitable for people raising young children like me. I have time to take care of my family and children," Ms. Sim said. Ms. Sim said that she wants to stick with the company for a long time.
On February 23, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation said that, according to preliminary statistics, as of 3 pm on February 23, the rate of workers returning to work in industrial parks of the province is 85%. Some large enterprises will not return to work until February 25 (ie, the 9th day of the Lunar New Year). Some enterprises have started production again on February 21 (ie, the 5th day of Tet). The total number of workers in industrial parks of Bac Ninh province is about 600,000 people.
