On August 25, the Trade Unions of Vo Cuong, Kinh Bac, Hap Linh, Vu Ninh and Nam Son wards, Bac Ninh province coordinated to organize a Conference to announce the Decision to establish grassroots Trade Unions and training "Trade Unions participate in building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations, collective bargaining at enterprises" in 2026.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the Decisions to establish grassroots Trade Unions.
Accordingly, 9 grassroots trade unions were established with 241 union members. Among them, Vo Cuong Ward Trade Union manages 5 units with 162 union members; Vu Ninh Ward Trade Union manages 3 units with 67 union members; Nam Son Ward Trade Union manages 1 unit with 12 union members.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung acknowledged the efforts of trade union levels in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions; and at the same time requested newly established grassroots trade unions to quickly stabilize their organizations, develop operating programs suitable to the business situation, and promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
Within the framework of the program, delegates were trained on key contents including: Trade unions participating in building and implementing grassroots democracy regulations; skills, methods of negotiation and signing collective labor agreements.
The training content was conveyed by Mr. Nguyen Khac Dieu - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union.
Through the conference, the team of grassroots trade union officials was supplemented with practical knowledge and skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in enterprises, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in Bac Ninh province.
In the past time, the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions has continued to be concerned and implemented by trade union levels in Bac Ninh province, achieving many positive results.
From May 2026 to now, 5 ward trade unions including: Kinh Bac, Vu Ninh, Vo Cuong, Hap Linh and Nam Son have newly established 108 grassroots trade unions with a total of 7,876 union members.
In which, Vo Cuong Ward Trade Union established 49 grassroots trade unions with 5,585 union members; Hap Linh Ward Trade Union established 30 grassroots trade unions with 1,045 union members; Kinh Bac Ward Trade Union established 15 grassroots trade unions with 750 union members; Vu Ninh Ward Trade Union established 6 grassroots trade unions with 297 union members; Nam Son Ward Trade Union established 8 grassroots trade unions with 199 union members.
