Clause 1, Article 13 of Joint Circular No. 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV stipulates the salary classification as follows:
1. The professional titles of doctor, preventive medicine doctor, and medical doctor prescribed in this Joint Circular shall apply the Professional Salary Table for cadres and civil servants in State-owned enterprises (Table 3) issued together with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces, as follows:
a) The professional title of senior doctor (grade I), the professional title of senior preventive medicine doctor (grade I) is applied with the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A3 (group A3.1), from salary coefficient 6.20 to salary coefficient 8.00;
b) The professional title of chief physician (grade II), the professional title of chief preventive medicine physician (grade II) is applied with the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A2 (group A2.1), from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78;
c) The professional title of doctor (grade III), the professional title of preventive medicine doctor (grade III) is applied with the salary coefficient of civil servants type A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
d) The professional title of medical practitioner is applied with the salary coefficient of type B civil servants, from salary coefficient 1.86 to salary coefficient 4.06.
