At the congress, delegates and union members discussed the achieved results, such as representing the rights of workers, implementing welfare regimes, giving opinions to the company's management board on issues related to working conditions, labor safety and remuneration policies.
On that basis, the company's new Trade Union Executive Board was elected to ensure the continued full implementation of the functions and tasks of the trade union organization, protecting the rights of workers according to the provisions of law.
The Congress also acknowledged the full and active participation of union members, and emphasized the coordination role between grassroots unions and companies in maintaining a stable working environment, organizing activities towards workers and performing tasks in accordance with regulations.
