In the context of the Social Policy Bank system promoting digital transformation and improving the quality of service for people, the Trade Union of the Tay Ninh Provincial Social Policy Banking Association determined that the 2025-2030 term will be the period of accelerating innovation in activities, towards a professional union model, closely accompanying cadres, civil servants and workers.
At the 8th Congress of the Trade Union of the Social Policy Banking Association, the collective of union members agreed on the goal of building a disciplined - responsible - creative working environment; focusing on welfare care programs, skills training, and encouraging innovation initiatives in performing professional tasks.
The Congress also emphasized the role of trade unions in participating in monitoring policy implementation, especially contents related to social security, preferential credit and serving poor and near-poor households in the province.
The leaders of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Tay Ninh Province Social Policy Bank Branch acknowledged the results of the trade union in the previous term, and at the same time requested that the trade union organization continue to promote its bridging role, grasp the thoughts of workers, contribute to maintaining internal stability and creating motivation to complete the political tasks of the branch.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 8th term, consisting of capable and prestigious personnel expected to lead the trade union organization in the new period. The union collective calls on union members to continue to unite, compete to fulfill their tasks well, aiming to build a strong union organization and actively contribute to the development of the Social Policy Bank of Tay Ninh province.
