On October 15, 2024, on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Ministry of Planning and Investment Trade Union organized a special art program to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Planning and Investment; leaders of the Ministry, the National Assembly, the Vietnam Women's Union, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union and leaders of many ministries, branches, central agencies, and representatives of the Trade Unions of units in the emulation bloc.
Every year, the Ministry of Planning and Investment Trade Union organizes programs and activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 to honor the great contributions of Vietnamese women in general and women of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in particular in the cause of building the country, building agencies, and building family life.
Over the years, female civil servants, public employees and workers of the Planning and Investment and Statistics sectors have always strived to continuously improve their political qualities and professional qualifications, striving to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the State.
In addition to professional work, female civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment also actively participate in women's work, social activities and volunteer work, contributing to the realization of social and humanitarian activities in the Ministry's Agenda programs, spreading the message "People are the center of development, all Government policies must be aimed at the people", building a culture of "understanding and sharing".
From the Vision Sharing Program, Vietnam Pride, sponsorship for 8 vulnerable groups, volunteer activities are increasingly widespread such as: The program to eliminate 500 temporary houses in border communes of Sop Cop district, Son La province, supporting disadvantaged provinces to build houses for poor households, for teachers, showing gratitude to martyrs, wounded soldiers, building lighting and sound systems at Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery, gratitude funds, charity society, supporting compatriots and soldiers of Truong Sa, voluntary blood donation, ... all have significant contributions from female leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers.
On this occasion, with the message of spreading the culture of sharing and love, contributing to the implementation of the goals of protecting, caring for and educating children, on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day, the Minister and civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment presented the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund with the amount of 100 million VND.
