On May 30, Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union informed that the unit had just coordinated with Phu Tai Food Co., Ltd. to organize a dialogue conference between union members, workers and trade union organizations and business leaders in 2026.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union - emphasized that this is a democratic forum for workers to directly express their thoughts, aspirations, reflect difficulties in the working process, and at the same time propose solutions to ensure their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
At the dialogue, many practical contents were of concern to workers such as salaries, bonuses, social insurance regimes, health insurance, working conditions, occupational safety and health, welfare policies, vocational training and career development opportunities.

With a frank, open and constructive spirit, the opinions and recommendations of workers have been directly listened to and answered by trade union leaders and business representatives, creating consensus and strengthening trust in the labor collective.
Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union also orients to continue to promote activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members; strengthen grasping the employment and income situation; maintain channels to receive feedback and improve the effectiveness of propaganda on occupational safety and health.
Representatives of the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Food Co., Ltd. affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate with the trade union organization in fully implementing regimes and policies for employees; building a transparent and fair salary and bonus mechanism; and at the same time paying attention to training and improving skills so that employees can feel secure and stick with the business for a long time.
