News from the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay ward, Da Nang city on August 1st said: The Trade Union of Hoi An Tay ward organized a conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on the establishment of grassroots trade unions in the ward.
At the conference, the organizing committee announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on admitting trade union members, establishing 10 grassroots trade unions, and appointing the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of 10 grassroots trade unions.
This is an important milestone in the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, contributing to expanding the scope of activities of the Trade Union organization, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Representatives of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Phuc An Co., Ltd. spoke to receive the assignment, expressing their honor at being trusted with the important responsibility, and at the same time committed to promoting the spirit of responsibility, performing well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; actively coordinating with businesses to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Phan Thi Ha, Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
Ms. Ha requested the Executive Committees of new grassroots trade unions to quickly stabilize their organizations, build operating regulations, promote their representative role, take care of the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers; actively propagate and mobilize union members to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, contributing to building sustainable business development.
On this occasion, the Hoi An Tay Ward Trade Union presented 22 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total budget of 22 million VND.
This is a practical activity showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization, contributing to encouraging union members to overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, producing and attached to the Trade Union organization.
