On January 25, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union (Da Nang City) said that it had organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, deploy key tasks for 2026 and provide support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

At the conference, delegates listened to a report on the results of trade union activities in 2025. Accordingly, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union currently manages 149 grassroots trade unions, with more than 6,500 union members. In the past year, the Ward Trade Union has focused on caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers through many practical programs such as supporting difficulties, preferential loans, taking care of holidays, Tet, Mid-Autumn for workers' children and promptly supporting workers affected by natural disasters and epidemics.
In addition, emulation movements for good labor, creative labor, and building harmonious and stable labor relations continue to be promoted. The ward trade union also focuses on developing union members, consolidating grassroots trade union organizations, and gradually improving the quality of operations in the context of implementing the two-level local government model.
Speaking to direct at the conference, leaders of Thanh Khe Ward Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Ward Trade Union in 2025, and at the same time proposed that in 2026, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, taking union members and workers as the center, strengthening the representative role, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building strong trade union organizations were commended by the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union also organized the symbolic awarding of 1,350 shopping vouchers and 115 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, within the series of activities "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026, with a total budget for Tet care reaching hundreds of millions of VND.
