On January 25, information from the Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center said that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the labor market recorded a recruitment demand for more than 1,000 job positions.
The situation of job changes by industry in the province has increased and decreased in some fields. This is a development consistent with the labor adjustment activities of enterprises to meet production and business needs in the year-end period.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Center surveyed and collected labor supply and demand information through 846 businesses and job information channels. The results showed that the whole province has a recruitment demand of 9,657 workers, while 6,842 workers registered to find jobs.
It is forecasted that in the first quarter of 2026, when businesses focus on stabilizing production organization, implementing plans and implementing the first orders of the year, labor demand in Khanh Hoa province will increase from 5–10% compared to the fourth quarter of 2025.
Recruitment demand is expected to increase in the processing and manufacturing industries (accounting for 32.68%), construction (9%), along with the fields of trade – services, tourism and transportation.

Notably, general labor still accounts for a large proportion, about 57.19%. The demand for recruiting skilled workers, technical workers and trained workers continues to increase in some key industries and occupations.
Some businesses plan to recruit a large number of workers to compensate for the shortage of human resources after the Lunar New Year holiday, and at the same time serve the plan to expand production and business.
In general, labor supply and demand in the province in the first quarter of 2026 basically meet market demand. However, at some times and in some industries and occupations, the risk of local labor shortages may still occur, especially for skilled workers and technical workers.
Faced with this reality, Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center believes that it is necessary to continue to promote the connection between labor supply and demand, and strengthen coordination with businesses in forecasting human resource demand.
At the same time, effectively implement vocational training solutions associated with actual needs. Support workers to access job information promptly, fully and effectively.
Thereby, contributing to stabilizing and developing the labor market to meet development requirements in the coming period.
