Thuy Nguyen Ward Trade Union is assigned to monitor and manage 52 grassroots trade unions, 4,002 union members in 4 wards: Thuy Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Bach Dang, Nam Trieu. Over the past year, jobs in units with Trade Union organizations under the ward Trade Union's monitoring and management have basically ensured stability. The quality of the workforce in the ward has been improved, directly contributing to the cause of building and developing the locality. The ward Trade Union and grassroots Trade Unions have promoted the role and function of the trade union organization in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

In 2026, Thuy Nguyen Ward Trade Union strives to develop 300 or more new union members, establish at least 5 new grassroots trade unions; on average, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member for the Party to consider and nurture for admission. 100% of trade union officials are trained and thoroughly grasp the Party Congress Resolutions, the National Front Congress Resolutions, and the Trade Union Congress Resolutions; at least 85% of units and enterprises have trade union organizations that meet the conditions according to the provisions of law to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements. In the year, at least 2 topics received Creative Labor Certificates from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 65-70% of union members or more have smartphones installed and regularly use the Huong Cong - Hai Phong Trade Union App on mobile phones...

At the conference, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities and the CNVCLĐ movement in 2025 were commended and rewarded by trade union levels.

After the summary conference, the Ward Trade Union organized the Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party 2026 program. A large number of union members and workers in the area enjoyed a unique art program, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome the new spring. On this occasion, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded a budget of 262.3 million VND to take care of Tet for union members and workers in Thuy Nguyen ward. Many gifts and allowances were handed directly to workers at the program.
