In 2026, Thien Huong Ward Trade Union set out 9 key targets: to develop and actually increase at least 700 union members; on average, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member for the Party to consider and train for admission. 85% or more of union members and workers are propagated, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and resolutions, policies and laws on labor and trade unions; at least 65% of workers study to improve their qualifications and professional skills. At least 85% of units are eligible to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements...

In 2025, the Ward Trade Union and grassroots trade unions in the area promoted the role and function of the Trade Union organization in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. During the year, the ideology of union members and workers was stable, labor relations were strengthened, and there were no collective work stoppages. The units did not have serious labor accidents; there were no units owing wages or social insurance to workers. Many collectives and individuals with achievements in the emulation movement of workers and employees and trade union activities were commended and rewarded.

In the jubilant atmosphere of welcoming Binh Ngo Spring 2026, union members and workers of Thien Huong ward participated in the Tet Sum vay - Spring Ơn Đảng program. Here, the City Labor Federation awarded a budget of 1.3 billion VND to give gifts, allowances, and Tet bus tickets to union members and workers of Thien Huong ward. The ward Trade Union also presented many gifts and allowances to union members and workers; and presented gifts to children of workers in difficult circumstances at the program.
