Many forms of encouragement and support
Within the framework of Workers' Month 2025, the Cu M'gar District Labor Federation (Dak Lak) visited and presented 25 gifts worth 26 million VND to union members in especially difficult circumstances. This is a practical activity, demonstrating timely sharing and encouragement from trade unions at all levels.
The union visited the family of Ms. Pham Thi Vang, a union member in difficulty of the Hoa Mai Kindergarten Union. More than half a year ago, her husband was in a traffic accident that left him paralyzed on one side.
She alone takes care of her husband and raises two young children with a small income from food work. The gift from the Provincial Federation of Labor is a valuable support, helping her family to ease some of the burden.
Ms. Le Thi Thuy Lam, a teacher at Phan Dang Luu High School (Krong Buk district), is the main breadwinner in a disadvantaged family. Her husband passed away early, she raised two young children alone. Also on this occasion, many union members and workers were supported with funding to build "Union Shelter" houses.
From the Union Member Support Fund, the Provincial Trade Union supported Ms. Lam with 50 million VND to build a new house. Her family borrowed more from friends and relatives to complete the level 4 house, with an area of about 80m2, with a total cost of 300 million VND.
At the house handover ceremony, Ms. Lam emotionally expressed her gratitude for the timely attention of the trade union organization. For her, the house is not only a place to shelter from the rain and sun, but also a spiritual support to help her and her children confidently overcome difficulties and continue to rise up in life.

Promoting the pioneering role of trade unions
Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Le Van Thanh, said that since the beginning of 2025, trade unions at all levels have organized many activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.
This year, trade unions at all levels in the province have organized many meaningful programs such as giving gifts, supporting the construction of "Union Shelter", providing free health check-ups, and many exciting cultural and sports activities.
According to Mr. Thanh, despite many efforts, the lives of a group of workers are still difficult. Therefore, trade unions at all levels in the province determine that the care and support for workers needs to be maintained regularly and continuously not only during Workers' Month or holidays, but also become a daily activity.
With the support of the trade union organization and the authorities, it is expected that the lives of workers will be increasingly improved, stabilized and developed.
