This morning, June 7, nearly 103,000 students in Hanoi took the Literature exam, the entrance exam for grade 10.
The English exam consists of 2 parts: Reading comprehension and Writing.
In the Reading section (4 points), the language used is the excerpt from the Happiness of poet Giang Nam.
In the Writing section (6 points), with a social luan question, the exam requires candidates to write an essay of about 400 words to answer the question: How to always find joy in school age.


Pham Tuan Nam - a 9th grade student at Mac Dinh Chi Secondary School (Ba Dinh, Hanoi) - is the first candidate to leave the Phan Dinh Phung High School exam spot. I think the exam is suitable and predict that I can get 8 points.
"What I hope most right now is that I can achieve high scores in all subjects so that I can pass the entrance exam to Phan Dinh Phung High School" - she said.

Ms. Anh Nguyet, a teacher at Nguyen Cong Tru Secondary School, Ba Dinh, commented that the Literature exam for grade 10 for Hanoi students is good and suitable for students.


"Through the exam questions, the test Taker not only tests the students' knowledge and skills but also sends them extremely meaningful messages, such as joy and happiness when the country is newly independent and free, such as family closeness, love of family members.
And for the social commentary, it is the joy of student age. Personally, I am confident that the exam has inspired all students" - Ms. Nguyet commented.
This afternoon, on June 7, students will take the Foreign Language test (mainly English) for 60 minutes. On the morning of June 8, candidates took the Math exam, for 120 minutes. Students taking the specialized school exam will take an additional specialized exam the next day.
