News from Que Son Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on August 25 said: The Commune Trade Union in coordination with Que Son Trung Commune People's Committee and Que Son Grassroots Social Insurance organized a program to propagate, dialogue, and advise on social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies for nearly 90 union members and employees of Viet Tuong Phat Embroidery Co., Ltd.
At the program, union members and workers were informed and exchanged many practical contents directly related to rights and obligations in the process of participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; focusing on sickness, maternity, occupational accident, retirement, and death benefits; responsibilities of businesses and workers in participating in and implementing insurance policies according to current regulations.
With the form of direct dialogue, the program atmosphere took place openly and frankly. Many questions related to the insurance participation process, procedures for settling regimes and difficulties arising in reality were directly discussed by employees with the social insurance agency. Issues were answered specifically, helping union members and employees better understand their rights and obligations, proactively protect their legitimate rights and feel secure in working at the enterprise.
Through activities, union members and workers are supplemented with legal knowledge about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, contributing to raising awareness and compliance with insurance policies, while building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
On this occasion, Que Son Commune Trade Union presented 10 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the grassroots Trade Union of Viet Tuong Phat Embroidery Garment Co., Ltd. The Trade Union also presented union members and workers with gifts including milk and cakes to encourage morale and add energy so that workers can feel secure in working and attached to the business.
