On August 24, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just coordinated with the Da Nang City Labor Federation to organize a program to exchange, exchange, and learn experiences about Trade Union activities.
At the program, trade union officials from the two localities exchanged practical experiences, good models, and effective ways of organizing and deploying trade union activities at the grassroots level.
The content of the exchange focused on the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; developing union members, building trade union organizations and innovating operating methods at commune and ward trade unions.
Delegates also shared ways of grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities in the context of Trade Union activities increasingly strongly oriented towards grassroots levels.
Through the program, Nghe An and Da Nang Trade Union officials have more opportunities to exchange, share experiences, and exchange practical issues in the process of task implementation. Thereby, contributing to helping Trade Union levels effectively apply experiences to reality in localities and units.
The activity also contributes to strengthening the connection and coordination between the Trade Union organizations of the two localities; improving the quality of activities, meeting the requirements of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers in the new situation.
