After the holiday, many businesses in Phu Tho recorded workers returning to work almost fully. The production atmosphere at factories quickly returned to stability.
Previously, after each long holiday, some businesses often worried that employees would quit their jobs or return to work incompletely. However, this situation is changing a lot as most workers return on time.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Tran Xuan Lay, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Lam Vien Vinh Phuc Industrial Co., Ltd., said that workers at the enterprise returned to work almost 100%.
According to Mr. Lay, the holiday is an opportunity for workers to rest, spend time with their families or travel. After the holiday, everyone returns to work with a fairly comfortable spirit.
During the holidays, workers have time to rest and regenerate labor. When returning to the factory, everyone quickly gets into sync with work, ensuring production progress," Mr. Lay shared.
At Bo Trai Song Da Industrial Park, many electronics, garment and mechanical factories also recorded workers returning to work fully. Immediately after the holiday, workers are busy with work, bringing production activities back to normal pace.
Ms. Tran Thi Van, a worker working at the industrial park, said that the holiday helps her have more time to visit her family. After the holiday, she returned to the factory on schedule and continued her work.
Being able to rest and spend time with my family makes me feel more comfortable. Returning to work, I quickly caught up with the work," Ms. Van said.
According to statistics, Phu Tho currently has about 41,000 businesses with more than 700,000 workers. In 2025 alone, the province has about 4,500 newly established businesses, contributing to creating more jobs for workers.
The return of workers to work fully after the holiday helps businesses quickly stabilize production, ensure order progress and maintain business operations.
In the context of production and business continuing to be promoted, the workforce and labor force play an important role in maintaining and accelerating the production activities of enterprises.
