Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population size of Ba Hien town and Trung My commune, Binh Xuyen district, former Vinh Phuc province.
The project to build Trung My Primary and Secondary Schools is approved according to Decision No. 772/QD-UBND dated June 9, 2026 of Binh Tuyen Commune People's Committee.
This is a group C project, with a total investment of nearly 20 billion VND (19,999,768,000 VND) invested by the Binh Tuyen Commune Project Management Board.
According to the reporter's investigation, on July 16, the Binh Tuyen Commune Project Management Board issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 01: Construction of the project.
Package No. 01 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 16 billion VND (15,928,52,000,000 VND) from the public investment capital of Binh Tuyen commune budget.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package has contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct the Trung My Primary and Secondary School inter-school, with the following items:
Rebuild operating houses, teacher parking lots, renovate classroom buildings, gardens, demolish operating houses, collective houses and fire prevention and fighting items.
Specifically, according to technical requirements, for the operating house item: Newly built with 3 floors, construction area of 1,148m2; electricity, water, and fire prevention and fighting systems synchronized with the project item.
For the subject classroom building item: Construction and renovation of the entire plaster and paint layer; re-paving the floor, foundation and walls of the toilet; doors, walls, electrical and water systems are synchronously renovated, the lobby roof is renovated to be waterproof and heat-resistant...
With auxiliary items, including: Teacher parking garage, outdoor stage, drainage ditch, ditch positions through the yard and cement concrete road, demolition and renovation of 40 bushes and yards...
The implementation time of the above bidding package is 420 days.
According to the investor, the investment objective of the project is to gradually complete the material facilities, meeting the teaching and learning requirements in the current period and the following years; ensuring sufficient offices, classrooms and functional rooms meeting the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Along with that, improve teaching and learning conditions, ensure safety for teachers and students; create a spacious, modern, friendly and suitable educational environment for educational innovation requirements.
