Hue Trade Union members enjoy more medical benefits

Hue City Labor Federation signed with 5 health units, expanding the health care welfare program for trade union members.

On the afternoon of July 17, Hue City Labor Federation coordinated with 5 health units to organize a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement to implement the Welfare Program for Trade Union Members in the field of health in 2026.

Participating units in signing include: Thuan Hoa Medical Center, Hue Eye Hospital, An Thinh General Clinic Co., Ltd., An Phuoc General Clinic Co., Ltd. and Phong Chau Medical Diagnosis Co., Ltd.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan - City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, Chairwoman of the City Labor Federation, the program aims to improve welfare for union members and workers by providing health care services with many preferential policies, contributing to the implementation of the " Welfare for Union members and workers" Program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

This is also an activity to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026) and contribute to the implementation of Directive No. 17 of the Prime Minister on organizing periodic health check-ups or free screening for people.

Through the program, Trade Union members and their relatives will have more conditions to access preferential medical services, and at the same time raise awareness about periodic health check-ups and screening to detect diseases early.

Chairman of Hue City Labor Federation Tran Thi Kim Loan said that the unit will strengthen propaganda to help union members and workers access welfare policies; closely coordinate with partner units in the implementation process; and regularly inspect and supervise to ensure that commitments are fully, effectively and targeted to the right people.

We hope that medical units will continue to accompany for a long time, expand more practical preferential programs, contributing to improving the quality of health care for union members and workers," Chairman of Hue City Labor Federation Tran Thi Kim Loan expressed.
