On July 19, Ms. Nguyen Thi Luy - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh) said that the Company's Trade Union had just organized a seminar "Listening to the voices of workers" combined with giving gifts to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
The program is organized with the motto "Listening - Accompanying - Developing", creating a forum for business leaders to meet and directly dialogue with officials and employees. Through this, businesses promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations as well as recommendations and proposals of employees during the working process.
At the seminar, many union members and workers frankly shared difficulties and obstacles related to the working environment, working conditions, welfare regimes and life.
Mr. Richard Yao - General Director of Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. - directly listened, exchanged and answered many opinions of workers.
For contents that need to be further improved, the company's Board of Directors also proposed orientations and solutions suitable to the actual conditions of the business.
According to the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, periodic dialogue activities contribute to strengthening understanding between employees and employers, consolidating trust, and creating consensus in the business.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the Board of Directors to show concern for the lives, jobs and rights of workers, thereby building a stable and cohesive working environment.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. presented gifts supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift is a set of Tan Viet English reading markers, contributing to supporting the education of workers' children.
Representatives of the company's Trade Union said that although the material value of each gift is not large, it is of practical significance, showing the concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers.
This is also a source of encouragement for workers to overcome difficulties, feel secure in their work and stick with the business for a long time.
Ms. Luy said that through dialogue and care activities for union members, the Trade Union of Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. continues to affirm its representative role, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; and at the same time promotes the role of a bridge between employees and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable labor relations and promoting the sustainable development of the company.
