The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union organized the program "Vietnamese families with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City" in 2024 with a trip to the source in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province for two days from November 2 to 3.
On the morning of November 2, the delegation participating in the program visited, offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch. There were 95 Vietnamese families and nearly 160 Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City participating in the program.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Binh Thuan branch, with deep trust and infinite gratitude, the members of the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the members of the delegation promised to continue to preserve, promote and develop the good values of the family, which are of great significance in building and developing the country, connecting the affection of Vietnamese families and Lao and Cambodian students more and more sacredly and firmly, which is both a goal and a driving force for sustainable development, contributing to strengthening the relationship between the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia to a new height.
Afterwards, the delegation members visited Duc Thanh School - where 114 years ago President Ho Chi Minh taught before going to Saigon and abroad to find a way to save the country.
In the series of activities of the program in Binh Thuan, on the evening of November 2, there will also be an art exchange program and a contest to learn about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh and the relationship between Vietnam and Laos and Cambodia.
The program accompanies Vietnamese families and Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City to contribute to the political and social system, promoting the cooperative relationship between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia to develop comprehensively and sustainably.
