According to the Organizing Committee, the professional quality of the competition contents has been clearly improved. Many exciting matches took place, showing the spirit of enthusiastic competition, solidarity and exchange of learning between units.
Mr. Le Van Dai, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, said that this is the first year to organize sports festivals after merging the two localities on a large scale. The sports festivals not only create a playground for health training but also contribute to strengthening the cohesion between union members and workers.
According to Mr. Le Van Dai, through sports competition activities, union members and workers have more opportunities to exchange, build solidarity relationships, support each other in labor production as well as improve spiritual and cultural life after working hours.
On this occasion, in response to Workers' Month 2026, the Da Nang City Labor Federation also implemented many activities to care for workers. In which, 10,000 shopping vouchers, each voucher worth 100,000 VND, were awarded to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition, the unit also supports 1,000 gifts for workers in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents, suffer from occupational diseases, serious illnesses, and female workers who are pregnant or raising young children. The mobile worker fair is also organized to provide essential goods at preferential prices to serve workers.
