The Trade Union of Da Do Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company currently has 487 union members and 16 divisional trade unions and trade union groups. Every year, the Company's Trade Union organizes employee conferences and dialogues with employers on salaries, regimes, working conditions; cares for employees during holidays and Tet; rewards children of officials and employees who achieve high achievements in their studies; promotes initiative movements and technical improvements; and commends and rewards typical employees.
In Party development work, each year, the Company's Trade Union introduces 6 or more outstanding union members for the Party to consider admitting. The above results are an important foundation for the Company's Trade Union to implement the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model.

Based on the criteria of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, the Company's Trade Union determined to implement the model according to 4 key content groups, including caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; improving the cultural and spiritual life of union members; organizing patriotic emulation movements, promoting initiatives and technical improvements; building a strong Trade Union organization, participating in building the Party, government and political system.
On that basis, the Trade Union develops a plan with specific goals, targets, and criteria; clearly assigns responsibilities, implementation progress and links the implementation of the model with the tasks of production, management, exploitation, operation and protection of the company's irrigation system.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation emphasized that building the model contributes to implementing the policy of the Hai Phong City Party Committee and the City Labor Federation, creating motivation to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities, improve the quality of care and protection of workers and build harmonious and stable labor relations. "I propose that the company's trade union deploy a substantive model with specific content and roadmap, not to leave the model just on paper but to bring clear effectiveness in caring for union members and workers" - Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation proposed.
The City Labor Federation will accompany and support the Company's Trade Union to implement a model closely following the set of criteria. The focus is on strengthening professional training for grassroots trade union officials; connecting union members with welfare programs, especially emergency loan packages from the Poor Workers and Employees Fund; organizing cultural, sports, and legal consulting activities; promoting emulation movements among union members and workers...

After the launching ceremony of the model, the Trade Union of Da Do Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company commended employees with outstanding achievements in the first 6 months of 2026; and presented gifts to children of union members, officials, and employees who achieved high results in their studies in the 2025-2026 school year.
