The purpose is to represent and protect the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise; Promote solutions to mobilize resources to take care of workers.
Trade unions at all levels in Ninh Binh province have focused on implementing welfare programs for union members, Tet reunion activities, Workers' Month, union shelters... to support and empower workers. Workers' families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
In addition, patriotic emulation movements are associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style and campaigns are conducted synchronously, to raise awareness, responsibility, and cooperation. Scientific working style, sense of discipline and cultural behavior of union members and workers. Contribute to building a cultural environment at agencies, units and businesses. At the same time, attach importance to gathering and attracting union members, establishing Communist unions, and building a strong trade union organization with many positive solutions.
Recognize the positive contributions of trade union officials in recent times. At the meeting, the Confederation of Labor of Ninh Binh province praised 95 typical Presidents of Communist Unions representing 1,107 Presidents of Communist Unions in the entire Ninh Binh province.
Also on this occasion, 14 trade union officials in Ninh Binh province were awarded the medal "For the cause of building trade union organizations" from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
