Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor has just held a conference for cadres, civil servants, and workers in 2025. At the conference, delegates listened to and discussed the Report on evaluating the results of trade union work in the first 8 months of 2025, the direction and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025; draft Regulations on implementing democracy and Working Regulations in agencies; implement Decision No. 219/QD-CQMTTQ on office culture standards and behavior of cadres, civil servants, employees, and workers as well as regulations related to internal activities and the People's Inspectorate.
Based on the report's contents, delegates participated in discussions, contributed opinions and agreed on draft documents. Ms. Do Thi Huong - President of the Provincial Federation of Labor answered the recommendations and proposed measures to improve work efficiency, promote digital transformation, and improve the material and spiritual life of cadres, civil servants, and workers.
The conference also elected a People's Inspectorate consisting of 5 comrades and approved the Conference Resolution with a 100% consensus of delegates.
Also within the framework of the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor launched the "Supporting the Cuban People" Program with the theme "65 years of Vietnam - Cuba's Love". The program received enthusiastic support from the collective of cadres, civil servants and workers, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and affection of the Vietnamese people in general, and the people of Hung Yen province in particular for the Cuban people.
