For the 2023-2025 term, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities always identifies caring for the lives and representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of civil servants and employees (VCNLD) as an important task; always focusing on health care for union members. Every year, the School Union proactively develops a plan and organizes periodic health check-ups for all employees with an average cost of more than 500 million VND/year, helping union members feel secure at work, promptly detect and treat diseases.
The Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also directed the departmental trade unions to promptly encourage and visit union members and relatives of VCNLD. During the 2023 - 2025 term, the Trade Union organized visits and promptly provided subsidies to 45 sick employees; visited and celebrated nearly 60 cases... This activity has become a cultural feature, strengthening solidarity and cohesion between union members and the trade union.
In the 2023-2025 period, the School's Trade Union promptly reviewed and requested the superior trade union to visit and support 25 cadres in especially difficult circumstances on the occasion of Lunar New Year, Workers' Month, International Women's Day March 8, Vietnamese Women's Day October 20... In addition, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also organized awards and encouragement for nearly 700 excellent students who are children of union members; organized giving gifts to children of school cadres and civil servants on the occasion of June 1 and the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The "Humanities" Fund continues to be effectively maintained, becoming a great source of encouragement. During the term, the fund supported 5 union members in special circumstances with a total amount of 30 million VND.
targeted cultural and spiritual activities are also focused on such as: Organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities; organizing for VCNLD to interact with artists of Tuong Viet Nam Theater, interacting with directors and filmmakers... contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of VCNLD.
