According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, through grasping the labor and employment situation after Tet, 100% of enterprises and workers in the area have returned to production.

At Thong Nhat swimwear Garment Company Limited (located in Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa), for the first time, 100% of workers returned to work on the first working day. In the first week of returning to work after the Tet holiday, the enterprise also organized labor recruitment.
Mr. Nguyen Vuong Anh - Chairman of the company's Trade Union - informed: "In 2025, the company needs to recruit about 300 sewing workers. On the first day of returning to work, the company organized recruitment, but only 5-6 workers applied. This year, the company continues to offer preferential policies such as shuttle buses, bonuses... to attract workers".
The demand for labor recruitment increases
Since the beginning of 2025, Hai Vuong Group, operating in the field of seafood processing, has organized regular labor recruitment.
According to the company's leaders, the company currently has nearly 4,000 employees with an average income of 9 million VND/person.

At the meeting with the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, representatives of enterprises also shared the difficulties in the issue of unskilled labor recruitment. At the same time, it is proposed that local departments and branches support the company in recruiting workers to meet production requirements in 2025.
Also having difficulty recruiting unskilled workers, French Women's Costume Development Company Limited (FLD) is currently looking for more labor in mountainous districts.
Mr. Vo Son - Deputy General Director of the company informed that the company is in need of recruiting more workers again after a period of heavy impact due to the epidemic, the situation of the US and European markets reducing orders.
In 2025, the company has searched for many new orders and is prioritizing the recruitment of workers who have worked at the company. At the same time, expand the recruitment of unskilled workers for vocational training in districts and towns in the province.
"We have preferential policies such as transportation vehicles for workers, support for fuel for nearby workers and preferential policies to attract workers, especially skilled workers" - Mr. Son emphasized.
At Gallant Ocean Vietnam Joint Stock Company, right after the Lunar New Year holiday, more than 800 workers have returned to work. The enterprise needs to recruit about 50 unskilled workers, and has so far recruited 30 workers.
Mr. Leo - representative of the enterprise - said that it is difficult to recruit workers working in the seafood processing industry in industrial parks.
Khanh Hoa tourism is growing again, workers are shifting to new fields. This is also part of the reason for the shortage of unskilled labor in industrial parks.
