Accordingly, the selected subjects are long-term residents of Ninh Binh province (with a minimum residence period of 5 years); with full civil act capacity; having the health to go to work abroad according to the regulations agreed by Vietnam and Korea (licensed by functional medical facilities and hospitals, state-licensed, health check-ups for people going abroad concluded to meet health standards).
Participants in the selection must be between 30 and under 50 years old on the date of application collection (born from May 23, 1976 to May 23, 1996).
Laborers are selected to go to Korea to work in agriculture with the job of: Harvesting, planting and managing agricultural crops such as: melons, sweet potatoes, chili peppers, watermelons, potatoes, green vegetables... Working time in Korea is up to 8 months.
The program does not recruit people with criminal records (including people who have been expunged from criminal records) who have illegally resided in Korea, people with infectious diseases, people with neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, blood diseases, blood pressure, diabetes, diseases of the sense of smell, bones and joints and internal organ diseases such as kidney stones, gallstones... people who use addictive substances, pregnant women or new mothers who have just given birth and are raising young children under 12 months old, people who are prohibited from exiting the country, temporarily suspended from exiting the country according to the provisions of law.
Do not recruit employees with relatives (father, mother, brother, sister, younger sibling) who are residing and working illegally in Korea; people who declare dossiers untruthfully.
In addition, dossiers should not be accepted for cases of seasonal workers who are not diligent, not honest, and are complained about by employers.
Dossier receiving time is 2 days, from May 23, 2026 to the end of May 24, 2026, at Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Home Affairs.
