The 2026 Border Sim Flower Festival in Hai Son commune has the theme "Border Purple - Aspiration for Development".
The festival space is organized connecting many tourist attractions in Hai Son commune, including: Commune Culture - Sports Center, Po Hen National Historical Relic Area, Landmark 1347 (2), Ho Dang hamlet (Po Hen village), hamlet 26 Ho (Than Phun commune village) and sim Ma Thau Son hill (Luc Chan village).
The festival takes place with a series of rich activities such as: Incense offering ceremony at Po Hen National Historical Relic Site; opening program of the festival; Soong Co singing, performance of excerpts from the Cap Sac ceremony; exchange, introduction of products of mountainous localities at booths; organizing sports activities, folk games, including women's football tournaments; performance of national costumes.
The 2026 Border Sim Flower Festival is organized in association with community tourism development, in order to concretize and effectively implement resolutions, projects, and programs on tourism development, aiming to make tourism a key economic sector of the locality.
