Conditions for receiving pension:

+ Employees can retire no more than 05 years younger than the retirement age of employees working in normal working conditions if they have paid social insurance for 20 years or more and fall into one of the following cases: :
- Have 15 years or more working in occupations, heavy, hazardous or dangerous occupations (NĐHNH) or special occupations in the list issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
- Have worked for 15 years or more in an area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions (including working time in a place with a regional allowance coefficient of 0.7 or more before January 1. 2021);
- Have a total time working in a profession or job in a NHNHNHNH or especially a NHNNHNH and working time in an area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions (including time working in a place with regional allowances). number 0.7 or higher before January 1, 2021) for 15 years or more.
- Having reduced working capacity of 61% or more;
+ Employees can retire up to 10 years younger than the retirement age of employees working in normal working conditions if they have paid social insurance for 20 years or more and add one of the following conditions:
- Have 15 years working in underground coal mining.
- Having reduced working capacity of 81% or more.
+ Employees are not subject to age limits when they have paid social insurance for 20 years and fall into one of the following cases:
- Infected with HIV/AIDS due to occupational accidents;
- Have reduced working capacity of 61% or more and have had 15 years of working in a special occupation or job in the NNHNHNH category on the list issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
2. Monthly pension level
According to the provisions of Article 56 of the Law on Social Insurance and Article 7 of Decree No. 115/2015/ND-CP dated November 11, 2015 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance regarding compulsory social insurance as follows:
The employee's monthly pension is calculated by multiplying the monthly pension rate multiplied by the average monthly salary paid for social insurance, in which the pension rate (from 2024) is as follows:

3. Regarding receiving one-time benefits upon retirement:
According to the provisions of Article 58 of the Law on Social Insurance, employees whose time of paying social insurance is higher than the number of years corresponding to the pension rate of 75%, when retiring, in addition to pension, will also receive a one-time benefit. The one-time benefit is calculated based on the number of years of social insurance payment, which is higher than the number of years corresponding to the 75% pension rate. For each year of social insurance payment, it is calculated as 0.5 months of the average monthly salary paid for social insurance.
4. Regarding one-time regional subsidies:
