On May 23, Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union said that the unit had just organized the "Digital Trade Union - Digital Creativity" Contest with the participation of a large number of officials and trade union members in the area.
The program is a meaningful playground for officials and union members to share breakthrough ideas, honor practical initiatives, and spread the spirit of innovation and creativity in trade union activities and production labor. The contest was attended by central delegates, delegates from Hanoi city and delegates from Ba Dinh ward.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Chairwoman of Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union, said that the contest aims to build the image of digital trade union officials, digital union members and digital workers in the new era with a spirit of dynamism, creativity, mastering technology, and quickly adapting to the modern working environment.
This year's contest has the participation of 6 teams with 18 typical faces from grassroots trade unions. The teams went through many exciting competitions, showing knowledge, digital technology application skills, creative thinking as well as the ability to handle practical situations in trade union activities and occupational safety and health.
Many entries are elaborately invested, bringing practical ideas, associated with practical needs at agencies, units, and businesses. The atmosphere of the contest is exciting, creating opportunities for union members to exchange, learn experiences and spread the spirit of innovation and creativity throughout the trade union system.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and thematic prizes including: 1 "Most Creative Idea" prize, 1 "Most Impressive Startup" prize and 1 "Labor Safety and Hygiene Practice" prize.
Through the contest, Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union continues to affirm its role in accompanying union members and workers in the digital transformation process, contributing to building a team of workers, civil servants, and laborers that are increasingly modern, creative, and adapt to new development trends.
