The ceremony took place under the direction of Mr. Pham Quang Thanh - City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Dinh Ward.
At the ceremony, the Ward Trade Union called on all officials, union members and workers to actively participate in the emulation movements "Good labor, creative labor", promote initiatives and technical improvements to improve productivity, quality and work efficiency, contributing to completing the targets and tasks for 2026.
Along with that is raising awareness of complying with the law on occupational safety and hygiene, with the spirit of proactively preventing labor accidents and occupational diseases, not being subjective or negligent in the working process.
The Trade Union also emphasizes its role in inspection and supervision at the grassroots level, especially in high-risk departments, in order to promptly detect and handle unsafe factors, ensuring a safe and friendly working environment.
In parallel with that is taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, contributing to building a stable, attached and sustainable development labor force.
Within the framework of activities in response to Workers' Month 2026, the program "Thank you workers" is organized with many meaningful contents. Prominent is the signing ceremony of the union member welfare program, contributing to bringing many practical incentives.
In addition, the Ward Trade Union presented gifts and organized free health check-ups for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, and at the same time implemented "Trade Union Meals" to create a warm and cohesive atmosphere.
