Establish more grassroots unions in Thai Binh

The Labor Federation of Kien Xuong district (Thai Binh province) has just announced the decision to establish a grassroots union at Thai Hoa Sports Equipment Company Limited.

Thai Hoa Sports Equipment Company Limited has been in operation since April 2024, creating jobs for nearly 100 workers with an average salary of over 6 million VND/person/month.

At the launching ceremony of the Trade Union of Thai Hoa Sports Equipment Company Limited, the Labor Federation of Kien Xuong District presented the decision to establish the Trade Union to the Provisional Executive Committee and decided to admit 91 workers into the Trade Union. Immediately after its establishment and launch, the Trade Union Executive Committee approved the action program and assigned specific tasks to the members of the Executive Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Thanh - Chairman of the Kien Xuong District Labor Federation pointed out the rights and duties of union members when participating in the Trade Union organization. At the same time, he assigned the task to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to develop a coordination regulation between the Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union, to develop a collective labor agreement with many provisions beneficial to workers, and to perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
