AVI Trading and Service Co., Ltd. has been operating since the beginning of 2025, currently with 10 employees working. After a period of propaganda and mobilization, all employees at the enterprise have voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
At the ceremony, the Steering Committee for establishing grassroots trade unions reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to participate in trade union organizations; at the same time, announced the establishment of the Trade Union of AVI Trading and Service Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Law on Trade Unions and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union congratulated the collective of workers and businesses for establishing grassroots trade union organizations. He expected the first term Trade Union Executive Committee to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term, consisting of 3 members. As a result, Mr. Vo Van Vi Co was trusted and elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of AVI Trading and Service Co., Ltd.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union was launched at the ceremony and committed to effectively implementing trade union activities, taking care of union members' lives, and at the same time coordinating with businesses to build a stable working environment, creating conditions for employees to feel secure and stick with the company for a long time.
