(producing electrical wires for automobiles, in Di An ward) is recruiting an additional 500 unskilled workers; Asia Italy Door Technology Co., Ltd. (producing high-class kitchen cabinets, in Tan Hiep ward) is recruiting an additional 250 workers... Businesses are implementing many measures to recruit workers.
At Dong An 2 industrial park (Binh Duong ward), some businesses also put tables in front of businesses to welcome workers.

Notably, Hy Long Garment Co., Ltd. recruits 200 skilled garment workers and about 30 workers in many other positions. The company hangs large signs, and human resources staff also set up tables in front of the gate to welcome workers. However, only about 10-20 workers come to find out information every day.
Kahong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (specializing in manufacturing electronic components) also hangs a recruitment board for 500 general workers. The enterprise sets up tables in front of the gate for HR staff to welcome workers. At this point, there are about several dozen workers coming to find jobs every day. Workers are consulted on job positions, income levels and welfare regimes. When they feel suitable, workers fill in the information on the application form, submit applications and the next day can come for a trial.

According to records, at the beginning of the year, many businesses simultaneously recruit. However, the number of workers looking for jobs this year is less than in previous years. Workers therefore also have conditions to choose jobs and incomes that are suitable.
Due to the large recruitment demand, but the small number of workers, businesses recruit not enough workers for production. Some businesses shared that they will organize some mobile recruitment points in the near future. Personnel staff will go to densely populated areas to attract workers.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center, there are 978 businesses registering for recruitment with more than 36,807 job positions. The recruitment demand of businesses is mainly general labor, focusing on fields such as: textiles, footwear, electricity - electronics, business, sales, services, furniture, hardware, restaurants, hotels. Currently, the center is implementing many solutions to connect labor supply and demand.
