Accordingly, Human Mobile devices (HMD), a Finnish phone manufacturer, will use HarmBlock+, an AI system (artificial intelligence) integrated into the device, operating on the entire camera, screen and memory to prevent filming, sending or watching photos and videos with content, including when watching live.
According to Mobiworldlive, the AI system was developed by SafeToNet, a UK-based online safety company and trained "a moralityful way about 22 million harmful nudes".
In addition to the AI system, the device also provides general parental controls, including application management, the ability to set limitations for each application, and schedule screenless times. The device can also track location and update every 24 seconds.
The company affirmed that the ability to add appropriate apps as children grow up means that the phone can "develop" with children.
HMD Fuse was initially only available in the UK as a exclusive to VodafoneThree, although the company plans to launch the device in other markets.

This is a version of the Fusion device line but has a built-in HarmBlock+ feature.
According to HMD's leadership, the new smartphone model developed by them is capable of detecting "nude images, not necessarily clear" and notes that this is a useful feature for parents in their efforts to keep their children safe online.
HMD Global was established in 2016, a company that owns the rights to produce and trade such as Nokia phones. They are actively developing products in many different segments, focusing on smartphones with online safety features designed to attract parents.
