ĐÌNH TRƯỜNG |

The Ministry of Justice launched the Digital Platform for Civil Judgment Enforcement according to the data orientation "Correct - sufficient - Clean - Living", connecting the National Data Center and VNeID.

On April 3, the Ministry of Justice organized the launch of the Digital Platform for Civil Judgment Enforcement (THADS), marking a turning point for the results of strong digital transformation in THADS work to improve people's satisfaction towards modernity, smartness, digitization, AI application and data connection.

The opening ceremony was organized in a direct form combined with online connection to the bridge points system in 34/34 provinces and cities across the country, with the participation of hundreds of delegates from all sectors.

The digital THADS platform is formed in the context of digital transformation of THADS, which is identified by the Ministry of Justice as an inevitable requirement, marking a shift from experience-based management to real-time-based management, from a scattered process to interconnected, continuous and transparent operation.

Speaking at the event, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung assessed that the opening of the Digital THADS platform is an important event in the process of building a socialist rule-of-law state, a concrete step in concretizing the Party's major policy on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Putting the Digital THADS Platform into operation not only shows innovation in thinking and technology but also a fundamental shift from traditional management methods to modern management methods based on digital data, integrated and updated in real time" - Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung said.

The Deputy Prime Minister clearly stated that the results achieved today are only the first step, so that the Digital THADS platform can truly promote efficiency and bring practical benefits to people and businesses, requesting the Ministry of Justice and relevant agencies to continue to improve the digital platform according to the principle of stability, safety, efficiency, and substance; ensuring the system operates smoothly, ready to share with related systems, taking practical results as a measure.

According to the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management, unlike a single technology application, the Digital THADS platform is oriented as a unified operating and operational infrastructure of the entire judgment enforcement operating system in the digital environment, to date including subsystems: finance - accounting with electronic receipts; supporting judgment enforcement decisions; organizing judgment enforcement; receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations with the IOC Smart Monitoring and Operation Center.

The operation of the platform creates a turning point in standardizing nghiệp vụ processes, improving data interoperability, strengthening publicity, transparency and tightening discipline and order in the process of performing official duties.

Previously, from October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, the digital THADS platform recorded nearly 900,000 electronic receipts issued, totaling nearly 60,000 billion VND. 100% of judgment enforcement decisions were issued in the digital environment with more than 800,000 dossiers and more than 2 million documents managed and updated digitally. The entire process of receiving citizens, resolving petitions and complaints, denunciations is carried out in the digital environment.
