The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize the launching ceremony of the "Digital education platform" movement at the provincial level in conjunction with the Digital Technology Festival, scheduled to take place on September 25 and 26, 2025.
The movement focuses on exploiting and effectively using national digital platforms, online learning platforms, and learning management systems to organize mass courses, while personalizing content for each group of subjects.
AI applications, open data, virtual assistants and shared digital learning materials will be integrated, helping people, students and workers to access conveniently.
In addition, the province will build an electronic information page "Digital education platform", coordinate with telecommunications and technology enterprises to popularize basic digital skills via smartphones, social networking platforms, as well as deploy practical instructions associated with practical needs.
Notably, the implementation will be integrated with VNeID to assess people's digital skills, while mobilizing the participation of the Provincial Police, local authorities and the Community Digital Technology Team.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to thoroughly grasp and disseminate the goals and requirements of the movement to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.
Units must proactively develop specific action plans, arrange appropriate resources and human resources, coordinate data and experience sharing to ensure a synchronous and effective implementation movement, avoiding overlap and formality.
Regarding propaganda work, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to preside over and coordinate with local press and media agencies to promote propaganda on social networks, Electronic Information Portals, and grassroots media systems.
At the same time, promptly handle false and distorted information about digital transformation, encourage cadres, union members, and association members to actively share and spread positive information.
In the field of education, the Department of Education and Training directs the inclusion of digital skills training and lifelong learning in teaching programs and extracurricular activities.
At the same time, launch emulation movements and competitions on digital transformation in schools; encourage educational institutions to provide digital learning materials, online classes, and digital creative spaces to serve the movement.
The "Digital education movement" is expected to contribute to improving digital skills, lifelong learning habits, promoting comprehensive digital transformation, associated with socio-economic development in Khanh Hoa.
