
The 6th ADGMIN Conference is hosted by Vietnam, gathering Ministers in charge of information technology, telecommunications and digital transformation of ASEAN member countries, ASEAN Secretary General, representatives of Dialogue Partnerships, international organizations and a large number of delegates inside and outside the region.
The ASEAN Digital Ministers' Meeting (ADGMIN) is an important ministerial-level cooperation mechanism of ASEAN in the digital sector, aimed at reviewing the progress of implementing regional digital cooperation frameworks and initiatives, and exchanging cooperation orientations in the next period.
The 6th ADGMIN Conference focused on discussing key issues such as digital transformation, digital economy, digital infrastructure and platform connection, data governance, artificial intelligence, network security, as well as strengthening cooperation with Dialogue Partners and international organizations.
Within the framework of the 6th ADGMIN Conference, Vietnam will organize a series of conferences and related activities on ASEAN digital cooperation from January 12-16, 2026 in Hanoi.
The series of events includes the 6th ASEAN Digital Senior Officials' Meeting (ADGSOM), meetings of professional working groups, meetings with Dialogue Partners, the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers' Meeting, and some side activities to strengthen exchanges, connections and cooperation between member countries and partners.
The conferences focused on reviewing the progress of implementing ASEAN's digital cooperation frameworks, discussing priorities and directions for cooperation in the coming time. Thereby, contributing to promoting a safe, reliable, inclusive and adaptable ASEAN digital space to the rapid changes of digital technology.
