There is no denying that Samsung plays an important role in making foldable screen phones popular as they are today. Although the market has the presence of many famous names such as Oppo, Google and other companies, Samsung is the pioneer in making this technology a reality.
According to a recent source from ETNews, Samsung is continuing to promote the foldable phone segment with a Galaxy tri-fold display model, expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
While the Galaxy Z Fold 7 has an external screen and an internal screen connected by a side dish, the new model will be equipped with two sides. This design is said to be very similar to the Flex G prototype that Samsung demonstrated at CES.
Accordingly, the exterior screen will be the same size as the current Z Fold series, about 6.49 inches. When opened, the device will gradually reveal a large screen inside that is 9.96 inches in size, almost the size of a tablet.
Currently, there is very little information about Samsung's tri-fold display device. In contrast to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, there are almost no leaks related to this product.
If Samsung truly launches a tri-fold display with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, this will be an important step in shaping the future of the foldable phone line.
With a more flexible design and large display like a tablet, this product could open a new era for mobile devices.
However, the selling price and durability of the device are still factors that attract many people's attention.
