The National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province has just divided into 2 Groups, organizing a Conference of National Assembly deputies to meet voters before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Y Vinh Tour and members of Group 1 met with voters of Thanh Nhat ward and Hoa Phu commune. The conference also connected online with Cuor Dang, Ea Bung, Ea Nuol, Buon Don and Ia lot communes.
At the Conference, representatives of the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) of Dak Lak province informed voters about the expected content and program of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. The session will open on October 20 and close on December 12, 2025 at the National Assembly House (Hanoi).
The National Assembly plans to review and approve 42 draft laws and 3 resolutions; discuss and decide on major issues on socio-economics, state budget, personnel work, and give opinions on the work reports for the 2021 - 2026 term of state agencies. Voters also heard a report on the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 9th session.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that the Party and State identify the ethnic issue as a big, long-term problem. Therefore, in recent times, the Party and State have devoted resources to investing in and comprehensively developing ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
In particular, the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas has had a great impact on the development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas. With the general goal of narrowing the living standards and incomes of people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas compared to the plains. Infrastructure development investment program, population stabilization, livelihoods, health care, etc.
In the period of 2026-2030, the Government will determine the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas to be implemented independently. That further affirms that the Party and State pay great attention to ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Head of the Delegation in charge of the Dak Lak Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet thanked the enthusiastic and practical opinions, demonstrating the responsibility of voters; at the same time, directly shared, exchanged, and clarified the issues that voters were interested in.
