On April 23, at the Cultural House of Mo 1 and Ho villages, the Party Committee of Xuan Hoa commune coordinated with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to organize a propaganda conference on ethnic and religious affairs in 2026, attracting the participation of a large number of officials and people in the area.
Attending the conference were comrade Tran Hoai Nam - Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of State, Ethnic and Religious Agencies under the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; along with leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations of Xuan Hoa commune.
In addition, the conference also had the participation of Party cell secretaries, village heads, prestigious people, clan heads and more than 200 households, religious followers from Mo 1, Mo 2, Ho and Mai Thuong villages.
At the conference, the speaker directly conveyed many important contents related to the Party and State's new guidelines and policies in the field of ethnicity and religion.
The contents are presented clearly, easily understood, and linked to local practice, helping people raise awareness and correctly understand their rights and obligations in social life.
In addition, the conference also focused on guiding people to identify plots and tricks taking advantage of ethnic and religious issues to cause division in the great national unity bloc. Thereby, raising vigilance, proactively preventing, and not being dragged or incited by false and distorted information.
Another key content emphasized is to continue to mobilize people to well implement the motto "Live a good life, a beautiful religion", actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, economic development, and building a cultural life in residential areas.
The conference took place in a serious and open atmosphere, receiving high consensus from the people. Thereby, contributing to consolidating people's trust in the Party and State, strengthening the great national unity bloc, and at the same time maintaining political security and social order and safety in Xuan Hoa commune.
